Rich - ok, that worked like a charm. the next feature to think about will be a "come play with me" feature. we already have the ability for you to email someone(s) a link to the site, that you can add a personal message to, but.... i might add a INSTANT participation request. What I am thinking is this. allow anyone to sent an email to a particular address. And that email will not only post to the site, but it will force a TWEET at that time. that way, someone that has a question, or wants others to play with them, can force the alert mechanism (tweet, RSS & email) subscribers to get an update. The email would generally be something like "I am bored and want to talk... anyone wanna chat?". the purpose of having it be a email entry thing would be to be able to stop abusers, since we can maintain a "boy that cried wolf" file of anyone that constantly forces alerts to go out, to the point that the subscribers get pissed off. but it would be handy to have a mechanism that would alert the community that someone is interested in talking to anyone that wants to talk now. the additional beauty of the email portion, is that the site will be updated FIRST with the contents of the email, so if someone forces a site refresh with something like "I am looking for a function that does such and such" and someone knows, they will say "hey, i know that answer", and will join the chat and instantly post it for the guy.
